Varietal composition : Malbec & Cabernet Franc
Only after several tastings of the berries do we start picking, taking care not to over-ripen.
Harvesting takes place very early in the morning to preserve the aromas. Maceration in the press allows the pigments and aromas contained in the grape pulp to be released.
The Cabernet Franc helps to bring out its intense, bright aspect.
The Malbec provides lightness and aromatic raspberry and slightly exotic notes.
As soon as the grapes are picked, they macerate in the press, releasing the pigments and aromas contained in the grape skins.
The juice (without skins or seeds) can then begin to ferment at a low temperature.
The colour is light and salmon-coloured.
The nose reveals notes of raspberries, strawberries and a hint of lychee.
This gourmet wine is an invitation to conviviality.
Perfect with white meats, tapas, sushi and mixed salads.
And as an aperitif.
